10 RV Employers You Need To Know
In this episode I want to talk about 10 RV Employers that are worth your time to look into!
RV employers or Workamping employers come in all shapes and sizes and each one will have a different way of hiring, setting up their program, deciding the pay scale and deciding what amenities are included for what positions, seasons, or just in general!
But a great Workamper program is not always easy to define, as a matter of fact its not always easy to spot! Some would say it depends on the reviews of those who have completed the program.
Others would say the program is defined by the amount of pay and compensation provided.
But still a few would argue that it greatly depends on the sights, sounds and experiences you can have in the nearby community.
For me, I would have to say it’s a combination of all three, plus personal experiences and interactions while on-site. A great Workamper program really needs to hit a few targets, fill a few buckets and check a few boxes for me, and many workampers to even put forth the effort in researching it. Catchy ads are fun to read, easy to come by and worth prpbably close to the amount of the paper they are printed on… and that means literally nothing in the digital age!
I think it’s best to take some time to really research each and every employer you plan to work for to make sure the situation will be a good fit for you! With so many variables there is really not a one size fits all, so for that reason I want to give you a short list of 10 employers programs that are woth looking into.
