Submission Guidelines
Thanks for your interest in submitting a blog article to Live Camp Work (LCW). We welcome you to read through our submission guidelines listed below before submitting your article query using this form.
All submitted stories should be well written, polished, and engaging. Edits may be requested before payment and publication.

About Live Camp Work
LCW was created to share information and inspiration on the combination of the 3 main parts of RVing full-time: Living in an RV, Camping & Road trips, & Working on the go. We focus on the positive aspects while noting that not every day is full of sunshine and daisies.
Different from a travel blog, LCW is less about personal experiences and more about how you can help the next person have a great adventure by providing great information, insightful tips and tricks, and sound advice!
Accepted Material
The LCW website is currently arranged into several content sections (categories) where readers can get all the information about broad topics with a simple click. When submitting your blog post, make sure to note which category you feel is best suited for your content.
- RV Life: Everyday life in an RV is almost always interesting and these stories let the audience experience it first hand- through your eyes and words.
- Travel: Travel stories feature destinations, tips & tricks, advice, product and location reviews, and unique trips worthy of anyone’s bucket list!
- Workamping: Information on finding work along the way, as well as profiles on Workamping Employers who hire RVers, are always welcome.
- Resources: Information about upcoming shows & events, tools, tips, memberships and other valuable insider information, new RVers and travelers should check out to help enhance their time on the road!

We reserve the right to decline written content after creation if it does not fit with our brand or mission.
Story Length
- Short Blogs ($50-75 each) – should be between 1000-2000 words with 2-4 high-resolution pictures included.
- Long Blogs (up to $75-150 each) – longer articles, guides, should be between 2000+ words min. with 4-6 high resolution pictures included.
All blog queries must be submitted online using this form.
Once accepted you will be provided a Google Drive Folder to submit your work by the agreed upon due date. Please make sure all pictures are renamed with caption and are at least 1200 pixels wide.
Payment and Rights
LCW does not pay for unsolicited material. Submitting your content will not guarantee placement or payment. If we wish to publish your submission you will be contacted within 3 weeks with the next steps to take.
You will receive an author bio box with each published post that includes 3-5 sentences about yourself, a relevant website link as well as up to 4 social links. We will also include 1 relevant and helpful backlink to your site within the blog post.
All payments are made via PayPal and will be sent within 1 week of the publish date.
We reserve the right to make edits to submitted material as needed.
