If you haven’t purchased an RV yet or you would just like an adventure that provides onsite housing options, the following list is provided for Employers who provide room and board for staff.
You will need to verify if housing is provided free of charge or if fees are required. You might also want to verify the meal options available onsite as well.
Workamping Employers Offering On-Site Housing
It’s not uncommon for many National Parks, resorts, or hotel companies to provide employees with onsite housing. For a small fee or even free in some cases, you’ll get to live right there on site. Keep in mind you are often sharing a space with other people and dormitory or apartment style housing is often offered the most. Although you may be able to find private accommodations, it really just depend on the company.
Food and retail discounts can also be available when you choose workamping jobs with onsite housing. Some places offer meal vouchers for employees and retail discounts in the stores and gift shops. There are so many perks to onsite housing! Here are just a few of the places available:

Summer housing is available at Denali National Park and is deducted from the employees bi-weekly check. If you are a local to the are than housing is not offered.

THE REDWOODS IN YOSEMITE
According to the job listing:
“We give our employees two options if they desire housing. You can share a room with one and sometimes two coworkers. We don’t charge rent if a room is shared. We also have a limited number of rooms for employees who would like to have their own. The rent for these rooms is $300 per month.
Kitchens and bathrooms are shared.
Our employee accommodations are only a ten-minute walk from our office.
Employees buy their own groceries and may use the kitchens in their cabin.”
EVERGREEN LODGE & RUSH CREEK LODGE AT YOSEMITE
Most employees live on -site as rent, utilities, staff meals, laundry, Wifi, access to resort amenities, and more are all provided for a fixed weekly fee. Staff members also receive employee discounts in the restaurant and general store.

T-LAZT-7 RANCH
Work as a groundskeeper, ranch hand ,and Saturday Market attendant in Aspen, Colorado! Compensation is $16-$18 an hour and on-site housing is free with utilities included.
SHADOWCLIFF MOUNTAIN LODGE

MIGIS LODGE ON SEBAGO LAKE

“Room and Board is provided for qualified employees. Some full-time seasonal positions offer the possibility of on-site staff housing in our staff dorm with double or triple rooms with private baths. There is a boarding charge of $40 – $60 per week, which is taken directly out of your paycheck. There are coin-operated laundry facilities on-site. Migis does have wireless internet available on the property. If you live in the immediate surrounding area you will not be eligible for housing. Pets are not allowed on the property.
Meals are provided for resident staff and for others during working hours, or if you live on site.”
THE ACADIA SHOPS
“We operate apartment-style housing in Bar Harbor, which are shared by 4-5 employees per apartment (2 persons per room). Apartment rates are $155/week per person and includes complete kitchen facilities, laundry, and internet. Our Company Housing is within walking distance of all Bar Harbor Shops”
